We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem.

Generally speaking, our delivery network covers the whole world
3,How long can l receive my speakers?
For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx/DHL/UPS etc.. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2~7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Majohun are estimates.
4,How long does it take to ship my order and when will I receive them?
Depending on stock availability, we can ship out your order usually within 3 working day. For local address, most couriers take 1-3 working days after we shipped out your order.
5,Would I receive a notification when my order is shipped out?
Yes. We will send you the tracking number via e-mail if the shipping method used has tracking.
