We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Shipped but Not Received
We allow you to cancel order. For all cancellation, Unified at $60/pc. shipping charges We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.

ORDER MODIFICATION
Before Shipping
Free of charge. Since we have multiple overseas warehouses, if you need to return the product please contact whatsapp+86 18927376269 to further confirm the detailed return process and address.
After Shipping
No modifications allowed.
Returns (If Applicable)
For non-quality issues
(1) The speaker is brand new and unused.
Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping ($60 per speaker)
Within 15 to 30 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping ($60 per item); a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
(2) The item is used.
Within 30 days of receipt: Full refund; buyer pays return shipping ($60 per speaker); a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
More than 30 days after receipt: No return of the speaker is allowed.
For quality issues
(1) Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund without return shipping and handling fees; or buyer can exchange for another speaker without additional return shipping fees.
Note: Please remember that our Majohun team will carefully investigate quality issues. If there is no quality issue with the speaker itself, but any damage is caused by human factors, we will still charge return shipping fees.
(2) Within 14 to 30 days after receipt: Depending on the specific circumstances, we may charge the buyer a certain amount of return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team and they will determine the payment method.
Note: Within 30 days after receipt, if there are defects or missing parts, we may send replacement parts free of charge depending on the specific circumstances.
(3) More than 30 days after receipt: corresponding warranty service will be provided.
Note: For some minor defects that do not affect the quality of the speakers, such as peeling stickers, slight paint peeling, etc., buyers can choose to contact our customer service team to request corresponding compensation, otherwise the speakers will not be returned. Our team will decide on the refund based on the specific circumstances.
If you need to return the product, please contact us at info@majohun.com first. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package back. The refund will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the return package. If you agree to exchange your speaker after consulting with our customer service, please return it and we will ship a replacement to you upon receipt. Returns without a prior request will not be accepted. Majohun is not responsible for shipping costs for returns or lost packages. Thank you for your cooperation!
Refund
Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer’s original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us.
